i like sweet. i like tangy. i like spicy. i like salmon. i like healthy. i like easy.
that's why i like making AND eating this sweet tangy salmon. i also like when my drunk dad turns to me after cleaning his plate and says, "that salmon was hella bitchen."
try this recipe and wow the drunk family member.
step 1: cut slits and stuff salmon
step 2: place salmon face-down on pan (cook 4-5 min)
step 3: flip salmon over, pour/brush on sauce, let cook remainder of time
step 4: serve with some veggies, red wine and chow down!
